Rental Residential Rehabilitation Assistance Program (RRAP) - Regular
This program is open to all First Nations or individual First Nation members who need major repairs to their homes. The occupants’ total household income must be at or below the established limit which is based on the location of the community.

Rental Residential Rehabilitation Assistance Program (Rental RRAP)
The Rental Residential Rehabilitation Assistance Program (Rental RRAP) On-Reserve is aimed specifically at on-reserve housing that isn’t owned by the First Nation. Through this program, CMHC is helping landlords pay for the mandatory repairs needed to their self-contained affordable housing units.

Residential Rehabilitation Assistance Program – Conversion (RRAP-C)
CMHC works in partnership with First Nation communities across Canada to create safe and affordable rental housing. Through their Residential Rehabilitation Assistance Program – Conversion (RRAP-C) On-Reserve, they offer financial support to convert non-residential properties into self-contained affordable housing units.

Residential Rehabilitation Assistance Program (RRAP) – Secondary and Garden Suites
This program aims to modify existing homes to add secondary or garden suites to create more on-reserve affordable housing. The Residential Rehabilitation Assistance Program (RRAP) — Secondary/Garden Suite On-Reserve provides the financial support needed to create these suites in your community.

Residential Rehabilitation Assistance Program for Persons with Disabilities (RRAP-D)
Are you a First Nation member with a disability who needs to make modifications to your home? Or a First Nation wanting to adapt on-reserve affordable housing to better accommodate people with disabilities? If so, the Residential Rehabilitation Assistance Program for Persons with Disabilities (RRAP-D) On-Reserve can provide the financial support you need.
