Located in the quiet Richmond Heights neighbourhood, the 4-storey Luther Heights overlooks the scenic South Saskatchewan River. Luther Heights offers 50 affordable rental suites. Luther Heights offers a meal program, 24-hour personal emergency response system and many other features that can be viewed on the LutherCare website. Tours are held on the last Wednesday of every month.

Luther Tower:
Luther Tower is located two blocks from the University of Saskatchewan campus on Temperance Street in Saskatoon, SK, close to the riverbank and Meewasin trails. Built in 1978 and standing 22 stories tall, Luther Tower has become a landmark that overlooks the entire city. Its 195 1-bedroom suites feature full kitchens and are available on a monthly rental basis. Monthly rental prices are dependent upon personal income. The scale for a single person starts at $1494.00 per month and $2119.00 per month for couples (2022 pricing – subject to change). Rent includes 25 meals. Suites are available for immediate occupancy.
